I was recently gifted by NINETEENTWENTYNINE for featuring them in my ::In The Mirror:: series. The earrings I'm wearing are two different sets. I paired the "Exotic Feather Earring" on the left with one earring from another set the ladies custom made for me. I am so in LOVE with these earrings! I just want to thank Jasmine, Alma, and Aljaira for their sweet gesture!!

I hate it when I hardly ever have time to take good pics, and then I get stuck with random pics that don't relate...Oh well. I went out to dinner with my fam on Thursday and wore this really casual outfit. The cat you see in the pics belongs to my neighbor. I'm wearing Aldo shoes, thrifted pants and earrings, a ring I made, F21 top, and a jacket I've had for a while so I can't remember where I got it from. On my wrist I have a prayer box charm bracelet that I have been wearing everyday, I even have a little prayer inside of it. On my nails I'm wearing China Glaze "Broken Hearted" from the Crackle collection, over a plain white polish, and I love it! While talking about the crackle/shatter nail trend, I do have the OPI "Black Shatter" from the Katy Perry collection, but I love the fun colors that China Glaze has come out with much better. I recommend giving it a try!

Andreia Chaves is not your usual footwear designer.
From reading up on her, she says that rather than create complete collections,
she likes to create individual pieces. The pictures below are from the "Invisible Shoe Series".
She uses materials that aren't typical for footwear to create her shoe art, and her designs
are so sick, it's beyond me. You guys should definitely look her up to see more of her work!!

How fitting are these shoes for me...Umm can someone sow into my life?!! lol ;)

The Fall/Winter 2011 RTW collections shown at Paris Fashion Week were amazing!
I enjoyed watching the creative presentation of the runway shows.
Check it out!!!

CHANEL

Models strutted down a glowing runway lined with rocks.
I really felt the dramatic dark earthy feel Lagerfeld portrayed here.
The whole ambiance was perfect for the collection.

LOUIS VUITTON

Simply AMAZING!! This is what I call a show!
Models entered the glossy black runway via four lifts, each welcomed by their very own doorman.
They then exited down a staircase located on the side of the lifts.
Very well presented and by far my favorite!

SONIA RYKIEL

Wasn't really a fan of the collection, but I did enjoy the "street" vibe of the runway with the lighting and the fences. Instead of fleeing backstage after posing for the cameras, the models proceeded in informal chatter throughout the perimeter of the runway as the rest of the show went on.

ALEXANDER MCQUEEN

Seriously cold...At the start the flickering neon lights, and the stoic looks on the
models faces, definitely set a chilling mood. It was almost like a mental asylum...a very fashionable one. The collection was very impressive. Burton is doing a great job over at McQueen,
it's almost like he never passed.
